"I booked a security guard via..."
I booked a security guard via Bannerman with little time to spare. They did an awesome job finding me a person who was on time and did their job well. Alex is super fair and easy to chat with. I totally recommend their services.

"Just what we needed"
The reservation process was fast and straightforward on the site. We were able to locate someone with less than a week's heads-up. The security staff arrived punctually and was nice. We didn't run into any problems with the service and were pleased.

"No Show at the Event"
Like I said earlier, we hired a doorman/bouncer for our biggest event of the year, Fremont Solstice. This is the one day each year we really need this kind of help. Less than a day before the event, the doorman backed out, and we couldn't find a replacement, so our owners had to step in as security. Honestly, giving a 1-star rating doesn't quite fit because the service wasn't poor; it just wasn't there at all.

"Neat idea, decent delivery"
The app and service are quite impressive. However, I gotta say, my main issue is that I requested an 'intimidating' security guard or bouncer two times ahead of time, but they ended up sending someone who just didn’t match the vibe.

"Simple Process"
Our usual security guy was unavailable for our gathering, so I stumbled upon Bannerman on the internet. The booking process was a breeze, even at the last minute. A day prior to the event, we got a confirmation that included the name and a picture of our guard—he was super professional and arrived right on time. No issues at all! I’d totally use Bannerman again and would suggest it to anyone.

"Convenient and Trustworthy"
Back in college, I was in charge of security for Greek parties - what a pain! If only I had Bannerman back then to simplify things. It's straightforward, hassle-free, and dependable - I don’t even have to worry about the safety of my guests when I use Bannerman.

"House on the Market and Vacant"
Once the for sale sign was put up, drug users broke into the house at night. Thankfully, the night guard prevented that from happening again until the sale was finalized. They kept us in the loop whenever a problem came up with a tenant. Overall, good service.

"Top-notch and reliable Bannerman"
Finding security for an event can be a real hassle. After making numerous calls to sheriff's offices that went unanswered, I stumbled upon Bannerman. The whole process was seamless, and if I ever have another event, I’d definitely go with Bannerman again.

There have been times when our usual security service doesn't manage to send a guard to our location, but I can always rely on Bannerman to get a substitute on the fly. So far, after four bookings, the guards they've sent have consistently been top-notch.

"Impressive professionalism from your team."
Your team is truly professional and goes above and beyond. During a recent reservation, the security personnel got caught up in traffic, but I got a prompt call and update from your support crew. The customer service was on the ball, making sure our billing was adjusted to match the new bookable hours. Well done!
